Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of beld.me Chrome extensions (each an "Extension") and the related account and billing service (the "Service"). By installing or using an Extension you agree to these Terms. Our extensions are independent tools and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

1. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address.

2. Plans and billing

We offer a free tier and a paid subscription ("Pro", currently $9.99 per month). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices may change with notice.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Extension ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Extensions lawfully and in accordance with the terms of any website you use them on. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (including data protection and marketing laws) when using exported data.

5. Intellectual property

The Extensions, the Service, and their content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Extensions except as permitted by law.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimer

The Extensions and Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for abuse of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which beld.me operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
